What this preview stores

Your confirmed quote fields and calculated audit are stored on our hosting database. A private browser cookie connects you to your saved audit in preview mode. Once email accounts are enabled, saved audits belong to your verified account and can be retrieved after signing in on another device. Sign out when using a shared device.

PDF and TXT files are read in your browser. Original files and raw extracted text are not stored by WedAudit. If you choose AI draft fields when available, the quote text is sent to OpenAI for processing. When you submit an audit with AI enabled, your confirmed fields are also sent for AI-assisted scope review. Provider retention policies apply. Remove personal and payment information first.

We record first-party product events, such as audit completion and pass interest, to evaluate the MVP. Events contain a session identifier and campaign code, never quote text. No advertising trackers are installed. If you join the pass list, we store your email for its launch notice.

You can delete the quote results, launch-list email, and product events associated with this browser below. We retain the anonymous session or account’s free-audit-used marker and AI call counts to limit abuse. Platform security logs and provider retention are separate.

Email accounts

When enabled, Supabase processes your email and one-time sign-in codes. WedAudit stores the provider account identifier and connects it to your audit collection. Your sign-in token is kept in a secure, browser-managed cookie. Sign-in expires after up to one hour; sign in again to retrieve your saved work.

We retain hashed email identifiers for sign-in rate limits for up to 24 hours, with cleanup on subsequent sign-in activity. Deleting audit data does not delete the email account. Contact hello@wedaudit.com to request account deletion.

MVP terms

The preview supports USD quotes for U.S. weddings. Your first guided audit is free per browser session in preview mode and per verified account once email sign-in is enabled. The proposed $39 pass is not on sale yet. It is intended to cover unlimited audits during your engagement while the MVP operates; exact dates and terms must be disclosed before a purchase.

Results rely on your inputs and may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify amounts and deliverables with your vendor. We do not guarantee savings, vendor quality, or a market-value judgment. Contract-related outputs are informational, not legal advice.
